Corporate governance - reports
From 2009 LW BOGDANKA S.A. complied with the rules of the “Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies” (hereinafter the “Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies”) binding at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The Exchange Supervisory Board in its Resolution No. 13/1834/2021 of 29 March 2021 approved the new principles of corporate governance for companies listed on the GPW Main Market: the Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021 (“Best Practice 2021” or “Best Practice”). It is a new edition of the code of corporate governance for companies listed on the GPW Main Market, originally approved in 2002.
“Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies” is also available at the website devoted to issues of corporate governance at the Warsaw Stock Exchange - https://www.gpw.pl/dobre-praktyki2021.
