The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (Company) hereby announces that Mr Marcin Kapkowski, Vice-President of the Management Board for Procurement and Investments, has on this day filed his resignation from his function as a Member of the Company’s Management Board with effect from 31 January 2019.
Mr Marcin Kapkowski’s resignation is due to personal reasons.
