The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (Company) hereby announces that on 7  May 2026 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolution regarding the appointment, on the day following the approving the financial statements for 2025, Mr Artur Wasilewski to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board
Economic and Financial Affairs.

According to the submitted declaration, Mr. Artur Wasilewski is not engaged in activities competing with those carried out by LW Bogdanka, or participates in a competitive entity as a partner or shareholder in a civil partnership, partnership, joint-stock company, or is involved in other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Mr. Artur Wasilewski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act and is not listed in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons
