The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7 May 2025 it adopted a resolution concerning the proposal to cover the net loss and the recommendation to refrain from payment of the dividend for the financial year 2024.
The Management Board proposes to cover the net loss of the Company for the financial year 2024 in the amount of PLN 1,504,053,942.87 fully from the Company's reserve capital and proposes to refrain from payment of the dividend from capitals created from previous years' profits.
The Company announces that upon the adoption of the aforementioned resolution, the Management Board of the Company decided to request the Supervisory Board of the Company to assess the proposal adopted by the Management Board of the Company.

The final decision on this issue will be taken by the Ordinary General Meeting.
