The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka discloses that the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2019 shall be published on 29 May 2019.
The publication date had originally been set for 23 May 2019, as reported in Current Report No. 3/2019 of 31 January 2019.

§ 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
