Further to Current Report No. 6/2015 of 13 May 2015 containing draft resolutions for the Annual General Shareholders Meeting convened for 18 June 2015 (the “Annual General Shareholders Meeting”), the Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 15 June 2015 received a notice by Nordea Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. that represents Nordea Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny about the intention to nominate, at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, candidate Mr. Raimondo Eggink to sit on the Company’s Supervisory Board.
