Subject: Changes to the composition of the LW Bogdanka S.A. Management Board
Article 56 sec. 1 item 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information

The Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 25 April 2024, the Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to appoint, effective as of 1 May 2024:
- Mr. Zbigniew Stopa to the position of President of the Management Board
- Mr. Bartosz Rożnawski to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Production
- Mr. Sławomir Krenczyk to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Development
for the joint term of office, which commenced on 24 June 2022.

Other information about the appointed managers as required by the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers [...] will be publicly disclosed in a separate current report immediately after the Company receives the relevant information and representations.
