Further to Current Report No. 8/2012 of 30 March 2012 containing draft resolutions for the Annual General Shareholders Meeting convened for 27 April 2012 (the “Annual General Shareholders Meeting”), the Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 23 April 2012 it was notified by AXA Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. representing AXA OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny (the „Fund”) about the intention to nominate, at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, Mr Tomasz Mosiek to sit on the Company’s Supervisory Board.
