Further to Current Report No. 8/2012 of 30 March 2012 containing draft resolutions for the Annual General Shareholders Meeting convened for 27 April 2012 (the “Annual General Shareholders Meeting”), the Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 24 April 2012 it had been informed that Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” (the „Fund”, „OFEPZU”) represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. about the intention to nominate, at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, Mr Stefan Kawalec to sit on the Company’s Supervisory Board.
