The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with its registered office in Bogdanka (“Company”) hereby reports that it has received notices of resignation from Supervisory Board members Mr. Bartosz Rożnawski, effective as of 29 April 2024, and Mr. Sławomir Krenczyk, effective as of 30 April 2024.

The resignations are due to the appointment of Mr. Bartosz Rożnawski and Mr. Sławomir Krenczyk to the positions on the Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., which the Company reported in Current Report no. 14/2024 of 25 April 2024.

Legal basis: § 5 item 4 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by legal regulations of a non-member state as equivalent.
