The Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A. (“the Company”), with its registered office in Bogdanka, hereby informs that on 5 August 2025 the Company's Supervisory Board has approved the ESG strategy for 2025-2030 with an outlook to 2035.

The adoption of the strategy will enable systemic and more effective management of the Company's ESG aspects and prepare the organisation for reporting and external audit requirements.

The strategy comprises 8 strategic programmes implemented through 26 operational initiatives, the implementation of which will be carried out in connection with the Company's business strategy as announced in current report 9/2025 dated 16 April 2025. The adopted ESG strategy sets out measurable objectives, a timeline, an oversight structure, as well as an operational plan and a monitoring system.
