The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on
16 October 2026 it became aware of the preliminary financial results of the LW Bogdanka Group for the first three quarters of 2026 (Q1-Q3 2026) and decided to make them public.

Consolidated financial results of the LW Bogdanka Group for Q1-Q3 2026:

Net sales revenue: PLN 2,046.9 million

EBITDA: PLN 195.0 million

EBIT: PLN  35.3 million

Net profit: PLN 26.7 million

Commercial coal production in the period under review was 6.36 million tons, while sales were 6.05 million tons.

The financial results for the current reporting period were materially affected by lower coal prices on the domestic market, which directly translated into lower prices for thermal coal sold by LW Bogdanka.

The final results will be presented in detail in LW Bogdanka Group's interim condensed consolidated financial statements for Q3 2026, scheduled for publication on 18 November 2026.
