The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka hereby announces that on May 29, 2009 the Financial Supervision Authority approved Annex No. 2 to the Issue Prospectus approved on May 14, 2009, prepared in connection with the public offering of 11,000,000 ordinary series C bearer sharesand in connection with the Company’s intention to apply for the admission of 19,770,590 of Series A Shares, not more than 11,000,000 of Series C Shares and not more than 11,000,000 of Rights to Series C Shares to the public trading on the regulated market.
The subject of the Annex is the range of the issue price for Series C Shares (the "Price Range") set by the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, within which the Institutional Investors will submit declarations to acquire Series C Shares.
The maximum price within the established Price Range is the price, at which the Individual Investors and the Employee Investors will subscribe for Series C Shares.
The Price Range is PLN 42.00 – PLN 48.00.
