The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. (Company) hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2012 and makes a statement on the intention to submit consolidated quarterly reports including quarterly financial information, referred to in Article 83.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for deeming equally important the information required by provisions of law of a country which is not a Member State,Dz.U. No. 33, item 259 (the Regulation).
1. Periodic Reports for 2011:
Separate and consolidated annual report for 2011 - 20 March 2012
Further, the Company hereby announces that under Article 102.1 of the Regulation it will not publish a quarterly report for the last quarter of 2011.
2. Periodic Reports for 2012:
a) Consolidated quarterly reports:
− for the first quarter of 2012
− for the third quarter of 2012
- 9 May 2012
- 7 November 2012
Further, the Company hereby announces that under Article 101.2 of the Regulation it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2012.
b) Consolidated semi-annual report for
the first half of 2012
- 29 August 2012
- presentation of a consolidated semi-annual report along with abridged semi-annual financial statements and abridged additional information under Article 83.3 of the Regulation.
All periodic reports shall be available on the Company’s website (www.lw.com.pl) in the corporate section, under the Investor Relations/ Reports/Financial/ Reports tab.
