The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 21 January 2020 it was informed of the Company’s preliminary financial results for the year 2019 and decided to make it public:
Consolidated financial results of the LW BOGDANKA Group for 2019:
Net revenue on sales: PLN 2.157.9 million
EBITDA: PLN 769.5 million
EBIT: PLN 375.8 million
Net profit: PLN 309.3 million
The production of commercial coal in the period under discussion amounted to 9,451,000 tonnes, and sales – 9,359,000 tonnes.
In the fourth quarter there were no one-off events which would have a material impact on the presented results. One-off event which took place in the previous reporting periods was announced by the Company in Current Report No. 6/2019 of 24 April 2019.
The final results will be presented in the financial statements of LW Bogdanka S.A. and the consolidated financial statements of the LW Bogdanka Group for 2019.
