The Management Board of the Company hereby publishes the uniform text of the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by the Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A. on 27 June 2011.


The uniform text of the Company's Articles of Association incorporates amendments, which were introduced to the Company’s Articles of Association by virtue of Resolutions Nos. 25 to 33 of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the Company dated 10 May 2011.

The existing provisions and the content of the resolved amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association were published in Current Report No. 17/2011 of 27 May 2011.


The uniform text of the Articles of Association is attached to this Current Report.
