The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 8 August 2023 the Company received information about resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board and from the function of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. by Mr. Marcin Jakubaszek, effective as of 8 August 2023.
The reason for resigning was not specified.
