The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs you that on 15 October 2019 it decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the three quarters 2019 (Q1-Q3 2019) which are as follows:
Consolidated financial results of the LW BOGDANKA Group for Q1-Q3 2019:
Net revenue on sales: PLN 1,626,112,000
EBITDA: PLN 611,346,000
EBIT: PLN 319,679,000
Net profit: PLN 263,954,000
The production of commercial coal in the period under discussion amounted to 7,127,000 tonnes, and sales – 7,061,000 tonnes.
In the third quarter there were no one-off events which would have a material impact on the presented results. One-off event which took place in the previous reporting periods was announced by the Company in Current Report No. 6/2019 of 24 April 2019.
The results in their final version will be presented in the financial statements of LW Bogdanka Group for Q1-Q3 2019, to be published on 21 November 2019.
