Further to Current Report No. 19/2010 of 13 May 2010 containing draft resolutions for the Annual General Shareholders Meeting convened for 10 June 2010 (the “Annual General Shareholders Meeting”), the Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 8 June 2010 it was notified by ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. representing ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (open pension fund, the „Fund”) about the intention to nominate, at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, Mrs Ewa Pawluczuk to sit on the Company’s Supervisory Board.
