The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., with its registered office in Bogdanka ("Company", "LW Bogdanka"), hereby reports that on 28 June 2024, the Company’s Annual General Meeting, as a result of the adopted resolutions, appointed the following persons to the Company's Supervisory Board as of today:
- Mr. Robert Wietrzyk
- Mr. Paweł Wójcik

In accordance with the submitted declarations, none of the appointed persons is involved in any activities competitive to those performed at LW Bogdanka or participates in a company competitive to LW Bogdanka as a partner or shareholder in a civil partnership, partnership, capital company or as a member of a governing body of a capital company, or is involved in a competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. None of the appointed persons is listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act and is not listed in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
