The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel BOGDANKA S.A. (the Company) acting in accordance with Article 80.1 Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic  information […] („Regulation”), hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 2023:

1. Periodic reports for 2022:
    
     Separate and Consolidated Annual Report for 2022 - 22 March 2023
     Consolidated Report on Payments to Public Administration for 2022 - 22 March 2023
            
2. Periodic reports for 2023:
    
    a) Consolidated quarterly reports:
    - for the first quarter of 2023 - 24 May 2023
    - for the third quarter of 2023 - 22 November 2023

    b) Consolidated Interim Report for
    the First Half of 2023 - 13 September 2023


The Company hereby announces that under Article 79.2 of the Regulation it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2022 and for the second quarter of 2023.

 

The Company makes a statement on the intention to submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in Article 62.1 of the Regulation and the Consolidated Interim Report along with the Condensed Interim Financial Statements and the Condensed Additional Information will be presented under Article 62.3 of the Regulation.

 

All periodic reports will be available on the Company’s website under the Investors Relations tab (www.ri.lw.com.pl).

 

General legal basis: Article 80.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for deeming equally important the information required by the provisions of law of a country which is not a Member State.
