The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with its registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby reports that on 1 March 2024 it received a declaration from the Minister of State Assets regarding the dismissal, as of today, pursuant to § 16 section 4 of the Company's Articles of Association, of a Member of the Supervisory Board - Mr. Grzegorz Wróbel.
The reasons for the dismissal were not indicated.
