The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby encloses the current provisions of the Articles of Association of LW Bogdanka S.A. and the amendments proposed by the Supervisory Board of Lubelski Wegiel Bogdanka S.A.
The amendments will be discussed at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting to be held on 28 June 2012.
