Adopting a resolution by the Supervisory Board on accepting a uniform text of the Articles of Association
The Management Board of LW BOGDANKA S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (“Company”) hereby publishes the uniform text of the Articles of Association of LW BOGDANKA S.A. adopted by the Company’s Supervisory Board on 9 September 2013.
The uniform text of the Company's Articles of Association incorporates amendments which were introduced to the Company's Articles of Association by virtue of Resolutions Nos. 27 to 31 of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the Company dated 4 July 2013.
The resolution of the Supervisory Board on adopting the uniform text of the Articles of Association will come in force on the date of adoption.
The uniform text of the Articles of Association includes changes which were published in Current Report No. 27/2013 of 5 July 2013 and in Current Report No. 30/2013 of 8 August 2013.
The uniform text of the Articles of Association is attached to this Current Report.
Legal basis for submitting the report: Article 38.1.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on the Stock Exchange
