The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 28 June 2012 the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Company adopted Resolution Nos. 3 concerning amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association. The previous provisions of the Articles ofAssociation of LW Bogdanka S.A. and the introduced amendments are attached to this current report.
