Further to Current Report No. 36/2013 of 25 October 2013 containing draft resolutions for the Annual General Shareholders Meeting scheduled for 22 November 2013 (the “Annual General Shareholders Meeting”), the Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 8 November 2013 it was notified by Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK S.A. (open pension fund, the “Fund”) about the intention to nominate, at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, Mr Michał Stopyra to sit on the Company’s Supervisory Board.

In accordance with his declaration, Mr Michał Stopyra has consented to nomination to the Company’s Supervisory Board and to perform the function of the Board’s member, and has stated that he meets all of the criteria for candidates to the Company’s Supervisory Board.

The following appendices are attached hereto:
- Mr Michał Stopyra's CV;
- declaration of a candidate for the position of the member of the Supervisory Board;
- notification made by Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK S.A.
