The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 23 February 2016 the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. as a result of adopted resolutions, dismissed the following Members of the Supervisory Board:
- Mr Krzysztof Matan - The Member of Supervisory Board;
- Mr Bartosz Krysta - The Member of Supervisory Board.
