The Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 02 August 2012 the Company, based on the valid excerpt from the National Register of Entrepreneurs, became aware that on 26 Juli 2012 the Lublin-Wschód District Court in Lublin, with offices in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered the amendments in the Company’s Articles of Association, effected pursuant toResolutions No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. of 28 June 2012, in the National Court Register.
The Company’s Management Board hereby encloses the existing provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and the resolved amendments thereto.
