Further to Current Report No. 6/2015 of 13 May 2015 containing draft resolutions for the Annual General Shareholders Meeting convened for 18 June 2015 (the “Annual General Shareholders Meeting”), the Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 9 June 2015 received a notice by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. that represents Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” („Fund”) about the intention to nominate, at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, candidate Mr. Stefan Kawalec to sit on the Company’s Supervisory Board.
