The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel BOGDANKA S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 19 March 2018 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on appointing Mr Artur Wasil to the position of the President of the Management Board, effective from 21 March 2018.
In accordance with the statement provided by the appointed President of the Management Board, he does not hold a position in a company competitive to LW Bogdanka S.A. as a partner of a civil partnership, a partnership, or a member of a governing body of a company, or a position of a member in a governing body of any other competitive legal person. He is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
The Company’s Management Board encloses information about education, qualifications and positions held by the President of the LW BOGDANKA S.A.’s Management Board, together with the description of his professional career.
