The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (Company) hereby announces that on 24 March 2016 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted its resolutions on the dismissal from the Management Board from 31 March 2016:
- Mr Zbigniew Stopa, holding the position of the President of the Management Board;
- Mr Waldemar Bernaciak, holding the position of the Vice President of the Management Board, Trade and Logistics;
- Mr Piotr Janicki, holding the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board, Economic and Financial Affairs;
- Mr Jakub Stęchły, holding the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board, Procurement and Investments
and the appointment with effect from 1 April 2016:
- Mr Krzysztof Szlaga to the position of the President of the Management Board;
- Mr Stanisław Misterek to the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board, Economic and Financial Affairs;
- Mr Adam Partyka to the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board, Labor andSocial Affairs.

Legally required statements will be supplemented in the next report.

The Company’s Management Board encloses detailed information about education, qualifications and positions held by the appointed members of the LW Bogdanka S.A. Management Board, together with the description of their professional careers.
