Subject: Changes to the composition of the LW Bogdanka S.A. Management Board

The Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 15 April 2024 the Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to § 17 sec.. 1 item 9) of the Company's Articles of Association, adopted resolutions to dismiss from the Company's Management Board Mr. Kasjan Wyligała - President of the Management Board and Mr. Dariusz Dumkiewicz - Vice-President of the Management Board, Sales and Investments as of the adoption of the resolutions, while Mr. Adam Partyka - Vice-President of the Management Board, Labor and Social Affairs, is dismissed as of 30 April 2024.

The reasons for the dismissal were not specified.

In addition, the Company's Supervisory Board, adopted a resolution to second to temporarily perform the activities of the Company's President of the Management Board, Mr. Sławomir Krenczyk - Member of the Company's Supervisory Board, until the date of appointment of the President of the Management Board, but no longer than until 15 July 2024.

The resolutions come into force upon adoption.

The Company published other information about Mr. Sławomir Krenczyk, required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers [...] in Current Report No. 10/2024 dated 12 April 2024.

At the same time, the Company reports that, in accordance with the submitted declarations, Mr. Sławomir Krenczyk is not involved in any activities competitive to those he performs at LW Bogdanka S.A., he is not a partner or shareholder in any competing civil law company, partnership or capital company, nor is he involved in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Mr. Sławomir Krenczyk is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act and in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
