Subject: Changes to the composition of the LW Bogdanka S.A. Supervisory Board

General Legal Basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2 of the Act on Offerings – Current and periodic information

The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., with its registered office in Bogdanka ("Company", "LW Bogdanka"), hereby reports that on 12 April 2024, the Company’s Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting, as a result of the adopted resolutions, dismissed the following persons from the Company's Supervisory Board as of today:
- Ms. Ann Chudek,
- Mr. Szymon Jankowski,
- Mr. Krzysztof Gigol,
- Mr. Piotr Breś,
- Mr. Kamil Szafrański,
- Mr. Bartosz Piechota.

The reasons for the dismissal were not specified.

Subsequently, the Company’s Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting, as a result of the adopted resolutions, appointed the following persons to the Company's Supervisory Board as of today:
- Mr. Bartosz Krysta,
- Mr. Szymon Jankowski,
- Mr. Sławomir Krenczyk,
- Ms. Magdalena Makieła,
- Mr. Daniel Frąc,
- Mr. Paweł Cygan.

In accordance with the submitted declarations, none of the appointed persons is involved in any activities competitive to those performed at LW Bogdanka or participates in a company competitive to LW Bogdanka as a partner or shareholder in a civil partnership, partnership, capital company or as a member of a governing body of a capital company, or is involved in a competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. None of the appointed persons is listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act and is not listed in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
Information about the education, qualifications and positions previously held, along with a description of the career history of the newly appointed Supervisory Board Members, is attached to this report.

Accordingly, the Company's Supervisory Board is currently made up of 8 persons and includes the following members:
- Mr. Bartosz Krysta,
- Mr. Szymon Jankowski,
- Mr. Sławomir Krenczyk,
- Ms. Magdalena Makieła,
- Mr. Daniel Frąc,
- Mr. Paweł Cygan,
- Mr. Dariusz Batyra,
- Mr. Bartosz Rożnawski.
