The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 15 July 2026 it became aware of the preliminary financial results of the LW Bogdanka Group for H1 2026 and decided to make them public.

Consolidated financial results of the LW Bogdanka Group for H1 2026:

Net sales revenue: PLN 1,364.2 million
EBITDA: PLN 113.0 million 
EBIT: PLN  7.2 million
Net profit: PLN 5.1 milion

Commercial coal output in the period under review was 4.38 million tons, while sales were 4.06 million tons. 

The financial results for the current reporting period were significantly affected by lower coal prices on the domestic market, which directly translated into lower prices for thermal coal sold by LW Bogdanka. Coal sales volume in the first half of 2026 remained at nearly the same level as in the corresponding period of the previous year.

The final results will be presented in detail in LW Bogdanka Group's interim condensed consolidated financial statements for H1 2026, scheduled for publication on 9 September 2026.
