The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka,  hereby informs that the date of disclosure to the public of the consolidated half-year report for H1 2026 has been changed to 10 September 2026.

The publication date had originally been set for 9 September 2026, as reported in Current Report No. 3/2026 of 30 January 2026. 

Legal ground: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for deeming equally important the information required by the provisions of law of a country which is not a Member State.
