The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., with its registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”), hereby informs that today it received a resignation from Mr. Bartosz Krysta, from serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board, effective as of the end of the day on 13 September 2026. No reason for the resignation was provided.

Legal basis: § 5 item 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required under the laws of a non-member state.
