The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka hereby announces that today it has become aware of the Communication of the Operational Department of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depository of Securities, NDS) of July 15, 2009 to the effect that pursuant to Resolution No. 197/09 of the Management Board of the NDS dated May 29, 2009, 19,770,590 Series A Shares of the Company, marked with code PLLWBGD00016, will be registered in the NDS on July 16, 2009.
Resolution No. 197/09 of May 29, 2009 of the Management Board of the NDS referred to above, decided to grant the Company the status of participant in the NDS as an Issuer, and register in the National Depository:
19,770,590 ordinary Series A bearer Shares of the Company with par value of PLN 5 per share and mark them with code PLLWBGD00016, provided that they are admitted to public trading on the regulated market;
up to 11,000,000 rights to ordinary Series C bearer Shares of the Company with par value of PLN 5 per share, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 2 of the Company’s Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of November 14, 2008 and mark them with code PLLWBGD00024, provided that the issue of those shares and their allocation aresuccessful.
up to 11,000,000 ordinary Series C bearer Shares of the Company with par value of PLN 5 per share, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 2 of the Company’s Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of November 14, 2008 and mark them with code PLLWBGD00016, provided that the increase in the Company’s share capital effected bymeans of the issue of those shares is entered into the register of entrepreneurs and that the company running the regulated market decides to introduce those shares to public trading on the same regulated market, on which other Company’s shares marked PLLWBGD00016 will be introduced.
