The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka hereby announces that on July 17, 2009 the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (the Warsaw Stock Exchange, WSE), by virtue of Resolution No. 349/2009, pursuant to Article 44 of Chapter I of the Detailed ExchangeTrading Rules, decided to schedule the date of the last listing of 11,000,000 (eleven million)Rights to ordinary Series C bearer Shares of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with par value of PLN 5.00 (five zlotys) per share, marked by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depository of Securities, NDS) with code PLLWBGD00024 for July 21, 2009.
Further, the Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. by virtue of Resolution No. 350/2009 of July 17, 2009, decided to introduce, pursuant to Resolution No. 277/2009 of the Management Board of the WSE of June 22, 2009, Article 38.1 and 38.3 of the WSE Rules and Article 1.1 of Chapter VII of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, on a standard basis, the following ordinary bearer Shares of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with par value of PLN 5.00 (five zlotys) per share to public trading on the main market as of July 22, 2009:
a) 19,770,590 (nineteen million seven hundred seventy thousand five hundred and ninety) Series A Shares marked by the NDS with code "PLLWBGD00016",
b) 11,000,000 (eleven million) Series C Shares, provided that on July 22, 2009 the NDS registers Series C Shares and marks them with code “PLLWBGD00016”
In connection with the above, July 22, 2009 is the first day of quotation at the WSE of the Series A and C Shares specified above. The Company’s Series A and C Shares shall be listed in the continuous quotations system under the abbreviated name BOGDANKA and marked as LWB.
