The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 12 April 2016 the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of the Company adopted Resolutions No. 3 concerning amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association. The previous provisions of the Articles of Association of LW Bogdanka S.A. and the introduced amendments are attached to this current report.
