The Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 27 May 2011 the Company, based on the valid excerpt from the National Register of Entrepreneurs, became aware that on 23 May 2011 the Lublin-Wschód District Court in Lublin, with offices in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered the amendments in the Company’s Articles of Association, effected pursuant to Resolutions Nos. 25 to 33 of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. of 10 May 2011, in the National Court Register.
The Company’s Management Board hereby encloses the existing provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and the resolved amendments thereto.
