The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 25 July 2019 the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., resolved to dismiss Mr Przemysław Krasadomski from the Supervisory Board.
Further, the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. resolved to appoint Ms Izabela Antczak-Bogajczyk to the Supervisory Board.
According to the submitted declarations, Ms Izabela Antczak-Bogajczyk is not involved in any activity competing with the Company. She is not a shareholder in any partnership competing with the Company, she does not hold a position in corporate bodies of any company competing with the Company, and she is not a member of corporate bodies of any legal persons competing with the Company. She is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
