The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. (the Company) hereby announces that on 9 January 2013 it was informed that a former member of the Supervisory Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. elected by the employees had filed an appeal with the Appellate Court in Lublin, 1stCivil Division, against the judgement dismissing the member's claim to declare invalid Resolution No. 32 of the Annual General ShareholdersMeeting of 10 May 2011 concerning amendments to the Articles of Association. The information concerning the judgement was published in Current Report No. 54/2012 of 7 December 2012, amended on 10 January 2013.
