The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., with its registered office in Bogdanka ("Company", "LW Bogdanka"), hereby reports that with reference to Current Report No. 15/2025 dated 25 June 2025 concerning the appointment of Mr. Grzegorz Czornik to the Supervisory Board of the Company, it provides supplementary information.

Mr. Grzegorz Czornik, apart from holding the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of LW Bogdanka S.A., also holds the position of Management Board Member for Fuels at Enea Trading sp. z o.o. and works as an Assistant Professor at the University of Business in Dąbrowa Górnicza.

The Company attaches to this report an updated curriculum vitae of Mr. Grzegorz Czornik.

All other information disclosed in Current Report No. 15/2025 remains unchanged.
