The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel BOGDANKA S.A. (the Company) acting in accordance with Article 84.1 Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June  2025 on current and periodic  information […] („Regulation”), hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 2026:

1. Periodic reports for 2025:

- Separate and Consolidated Annual Report for 2025 - 10 April 2026

- Consolidated Report on Payments to Public Administration for 2025 – 10 April 2026

2. Periodic reports for 2026:

a) Consolidated quarterly reports:

- for the first quarter of 2026 – 20 May 2026

- for the third quarter of 2026 – 18 November 2026

b) Consolidated Interim Report:

- for the first half of 2026 - 9 September 2026

The Company hereby announces that under Article 83.2 of the Regulation it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the second quarter of 2026.

The Company makes a statement on the intention to submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in Article 63.1 of the Regulation and the Consolidated Interim Report along with the Condensed Interim Financial Statements and the Condensed Additional Information will be presented under Article 63.3 of the Regulation.

All periodic reports will be available on the Company’s website under the Investors Relations tab (www.ri.lw.com.pl).

Detailed legal basis: Article 84.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June  2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for deeming equally important the information required by the provisions of law of a country which is not a Member State.
