The Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 26 April 2016 the Company, received the decision that on 20 April 2016 the Lublin-Wschód District Court in Lublin, with office in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered the amendments in the Company’s Articles of Association, effected pursuant to Resolutions No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. of 12 April 2016, in the National Court Register.
The Company’s Management Board hereby encloses the existing provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and the resolved amendments thereto.
