The Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A. hereby reports that on 16 September 2022, acting on the basis of § 17 sec. 1 item 9) of the Company's Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to dismiss Mr. Artur Wasil from the Management Board of the Company.


The Resolution comes into force on the date of its adoption.


In addition, the Supervisory Board, adopted a resolution to entrust the duties of the President of the Management Board to Mr. Artur Wasilewski - Vice-President of the Management Board for Economic and Financial Affairs until the date of appointment of the President of the Management Board, who will be simultaneously performing his current duties of Vice-President of the Management Board for Economic and Financial Affairs.
