The Management Board of LW bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (“Company”) hereby publishes the uniform text of the Articles of Association of LW Bogdanka S.A. adopted by the Company’s Supervisory Board on 4 August 2017.

The uniform text of the Company's Articles of Association incorporates amendments which were introduced to the Company's Articles of Association by virtue of Resolution No. 28 of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the Company dated 26 June 2017.

The uniform text of the Articles of Association includes changes which were published in Current Report No. 17/2017 of 27 June 2017 and in Current Report No. 19/2017 of 14 July 2017.

The uniform text of the Articles of Association is attached to this Current Report.
