The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs you that on 1 August 2017 it decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the first half 2017 (IH 2017) which are as follows:
Separate financial results of LW Bogdanka S.A. for IH 2017:
Net revenue on sales: PLN 899,987,000
EBITDA: PLN 307,056,000
EBIT: PLN 140,125,000
Net profit: PLN 114,972,000
Consolidated financial results of the LW Bogdanka Group for IH 2017:
Net revenue on sales: PLN 902,086,000
EBITDA: PLN 318,635,000
EBIT: PLN 147,474,000
Net profit: PLN 112,124,000
In the period under analysis no one-off events, which would have a material impact on the presented results, occurred.
The results in their final version will be presented in the financial statements of LW Bogdanka Group for IH 2017, to be published on 7 September 2017.
