Subject: Dismissal of the Members of the Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A.

The Management Board LW Bogdanka S.A. wishes to inform you that on 19 September 2018 the Supervisory Board, acting under Article 17.1.9 of the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted the resolution on dismissal as of today of:

- Mr Stanisław Misterek from the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board, Economic and Financial Affairs

- Mr Sławomir Karlikowski from the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board, Production and Development

During today's meeting of the Supervisory Board, decisions on conducting the qualifying procedure to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board, Production and Development and Vice-President of the Management Board, Economic and Financial Affairs as well as adopting detailed rules and the mode of proceedings for the qualifying procedure for this position were made.
