Subject: Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A.

The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 8 December 2025 it received a notification from the Minister of State Assets of appointing, under Article 16.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association, Mr Zbigniew Niedbalski as a member of the Supervisory Board.

According to the submitted declaration, Mr Zbigniew Niedbalski is not involved in any activity competing with the Company. He is not a partner in any partnership competing with the Company, He does not hold positions in corporate bodies of any company competing with the Company, and He is not a member of corporate bodies of any legal persons competing with the Company.

Mr. Zbigniew Niedbalski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act and is not listed in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.

Information about the education, qualifications and positions previously held, along with a description of the career history of the newly appointed Supervisory Board Member, is attached to this report.

Accordingly, the Company's Supervisory Board currently consists of 9 members:
